Uighur Community Center Fund(UCCF)


  1. The name of the House: Uighur House (Uighur Oy).
  2. The ownership of the property: It will be the property of the Uighur community, it is not owned by any one individual.
  3. Who can become an owner or member of the community? anyone who is legally resided in US, and willing to contribute an initial payment of $500 toward the purchase of the named property above, and there after continues to pay their membership fee ($5 month or $60 year)
  4. Honorary Member: Contribute one thousand dollars($1000), and become a honorary member of the community.
  5. Management group: Initially by five individuals. There will be a manager, an assistant manager, a finance manager, two facility managing crews.
    How big the property can be? two bedroom condo/townhouse, with a large living room for meeting (18 X 18 feet), it must have a storage to house the community property.
  6. The management responsibilities: they are selected individuals from community members, who will responsible to keep property in good condition, make purchases of items (table, cook wares, furniture etc) for community events, rental fee collection, remodeling, repair, and paying all the bills.
  7. The profit generated from this property: it will direct goes to an account that managed by property management group. The money collected will use for the future investment on another property or remodel the existing property.
  8. In case of debt, the deficit is due to whole community, the debt will be equally divided and collected from every member of the community.
  9. Who decide to sell the property? Property can be put on market, if and only if the 60% of the community members vote to sell the property.
  10. Rules for the property use: Community member who is in need to use the property for party, meeting, wedding, Nazir, has to follow the rules, and sign “use agreement” before schedule a date for use, it has to be arranged 2-3 days before the event. In case of conflict of schedule, the management group has absolute right to make decision on who has the privilege over whom. (we need to write a rule of maintaining, cleaning, damage payment etc. procedures.) Management group should take firm action to make those individual accountable for the damaging done to community property.
    Rental agreement: there will be a standard rental agreement draft on rental collection, utility fees, also the rights of the renter. No one can enter the property without notifying the renter, except one belonging to management group.
  11. Legal issue: all the legal issue raised under this property will consult with lawyer.
  12. What is the maximum? The top 10 peoples’ name will be enclave to a metal plate as the founder of the Uighur House, and be remembered for as long as the property stayed.
