Top 100 Universities in USA

In order to encourage our younger generation to apply and study in the US top universities, and to prove that Uighurs can also study with world-class achievements in such universities, we constructed this page: Top 100 Universities in USA.  There are different versions of top 100 US university rankings prepared by different sources with different standards.  Here we adopted the one prepared by USNEWS for 2002-2003 academic year.  We are not in a position to evaluate each of those rankings and to come up with the one that satisfies every reader.  Instead, we ask each person who was listed or who wishes to be listed in the following table to provide us with a brief introduction about his/her university with an URL link to the source from which the information has been obtained.  We have provided and will continuously provide such information as a link to the name of his/her university, and encourage the interested readers review such information to have a good understanding about those universities.

The people in the following list are divided into 3 categories:

(a) Those who earned an academic degree

(b) Those who are currently enrolled in an academic program

(c) Those who worked for at least one year as a post-doc, a visiting scholar or a technical staff

We must emphasize that the following list is not intended to rank the people whose names are listed next to the names of various universities.
