Personal Biography
Personal Statement
I am a very friendly guy with wide
interest in community building, Uighur history,
culture and language. I am a good father
with two daughters. I love my family
more than anything else in the world. I
put a lot of effort in educating our young generation to learn our history,
culture and language. Although I am an extremely busy man who has to work full
time for private companies, I always managed to squeeze enough time to involve
in Uighur community activities. I have been assisting Uighur
student’s overseas educational need ever since I came to the west. I have build website such www.uighurlanguage.com for teaching Uighur language to English speaking people. I have build
website SAS by Tughluk to
teach analyst how to use Statistical software SAS. Also, by working closely
with several friends of mine with the same interest, we have build up a new
website dedicated to introduce Uighur culture to the
world community – www.meshrep.com .
I am a simple, easy going and hard
working person. I have not been able to accomplish
great things such as becoming world famous mathematician - as I had dreamed
when I was a young and ambitious boy. But I do enjoy doing small things that I
am capable of accomplishing, even if it involves picking up some strayed Uighur visitor from the
airport by driving 3-4 hours, or spending my whole weekend to organize
community picnic, helping young Uighur boys-girls
with their wedding preparations and so on.
I truly enjoy these things because we are far away from our motherland,
from our close relatives, from our beautiful culture we are so proud of. I have to treat my community like my own
family in order for the community to treat me as one of its member.
The following is a brief list of
what I have done so far in my life.
