Lakeside Loop Trail 4.5 miles - moderate
Hikers and mountain bikers can take in the area's scenic beauty on this trail, which circles Lake Habeeb.
Crossing over four foot-bridges, the trail follows the shoreline and winds through woodlands, providing
a diversity of terrain and views. Hiking this loop takes approximately two hours. It took us 3 hours
to hike around the lakeside trail.

Another view along the trail beside lake.

The Rocky Gap Resort is an excellent place to spend summer holidays.
|
Kayaking and boating is one of my favorate sports. I took this single person kayak and row on the lake for 2 hours and did not feel tired at all.
|
Diner on the lakeside restaurant is definetely a different kind of experience especially after hiking, fishing and boating for all day.
|
Other people rode boat with their family pets, not even one, but two.
|
You need fishing license for fishing. If you don't have one, don't worry, you can purchase the license on the spot - $15 per
year. You may also rent fishing equipment for $15 per day. No kidding, you will catch some fish for sure.
