We believe the freedom of speech and freedom of expression, we welcome any postings here. The purpose of the Forum is to provide a place where people can talk about anything related to Uighur Community in an open and uncensored environment.  You can use Meshrepboard to post articles to meet new people, to post an event or activity (wedding announcement/birthday party/community gathering) or suggestions/concern/comments about anything or simply just chat with others. In keeping with our privacy policy, The Meshrep Admins do not release any information about your identity to other users of our site unless we are required to do so by a court order or as part of an official police investigation. But in the event that you post something illegal, and the police do get involved, you should realize that we may be required to release information that could be used to track you down. Again, think before you post.

Here are our rules that you agree to be bound by when using the Meshrepboard:

The Obvious Ones: 

• You may not harass, abuse, threaten, or advocate violence against other users or individuals or groups. You may not post content that is harmful to minors (i.e. Pornographic contents).
  
• You may not post content that is in violation of US federal or state law.
  If you think that there is a message on the Forum that is libelous, constitutes impersonation or otherwise
  violates our Meshrepboard Policy and should therefore be deleted, please send an email to admins@meshrep.com.
  
• MeshrepAdmins are required to have 100 "Yes" votes to delete any single message. Please post the demand for deleting certain message to Meshrep.com and collect votes by your own effort. Meshrep Admins are not responsible for collection votes on any individual behalf.

While we do not and cannot review every message posted in the forums and are not responsible for the content of these messages, we reserve the right to remove or edit messages that we deem abusive, defamatory, pornographic and in violation of US law. 

"Spamming" the Forums 

Repeatedly posting off-topic messages or "spamming" our forums by posting the same message in multiple areas or otherwise deliberately disrupting our forums is unacceptable behavior that may result in the user's losing all forum privileges and access to the site. We reserve the right to prohibit users who in any way violate acceptable forum behavior from participating in our discussions. Users remain solely responsible for the content of their messages.
